Contract Supervisor

Role

We are now looking to employ a Contract Supervisor to become part of our team.

Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.

Salary/Hourly Rate: Competitive

Job Description

Day to day planning and Management of a wide range of trades, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure health & safety is always managed in line with our company procedures and values.
Work closely with surveyors and administration team to ensure contracts are delivered within time and on budget.
Quality control on both domestic and commercial contracts.
Offer a high level of customer service and able to meet client expectations while adhering to business KPI’s.
Ensure current workforce is trained to the high standards required.

Knowledge, Experience & Requirements

Previous planning and supervision and experience within construction and maintenance industry.
Proven track record in health & safety, including the preparation and delivery of Risk Assessments, method statements and toolbox talks.
Strong experience and knowledge of the building industry
The ability to work under pressure.
Have a Positive attitude and work well as aprt of the team environment.
Be able to manage change and make decisions.
Be capable of programming projects and work schedules.
Be capable of monitoring project performance in order to ensure targets are met.
Excellent written and verbal communication, must be comfortable dealing with a wide range of senior management and clients
Extremely motivated and passionate about delivering high levels of service to our existing clients.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Being able to work as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence
