Property Surveyor – Lake District and Cumbria

Role

We are now looking to employ a Property Surveyor to become part of our team.

Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.

Job Description

Carry out surveys in domestic, commercial, local authority and social housing properties.
Prepare comprehensive reports using word templates, work schedules, plan drawings, and estimates on excel templates.
Service branch enquiries relating to property defects.
Develop and retain existing client base.

Knowledge, Experience & Requirements

This position would suit an individual from a trades or surveying background with skills relating to an understanding of domestic and commercial property construction. An understanding of simple drawing packages and office 365. Would also suit an individual who has previous experience property surveying.

CSTDB or CSRT, Certified Surveyor of Timber and Damp in Buildings preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Previous construction experience essential.
Willingness to take instruction and learn on the job.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Being able to work as part of a team.
Full UK Driving Licence.
