Timber Frame Inspection and External Wall Refurbishment in Edinburgh

The Problem Richardson & Starling was instructed to investigate suspected timber decay within a two-storey timber-frame property constructed circa 2005. Defects within the external render had allowed moisture to penetrate the wall construction, creating concerns over the condition of the concealed timber frame and the potential for further deterioration if left untreated.
